D. Richard Broadbent is the CEO and President of Broadbent Financial Services. He has been recognized as a successful professional for his outstanding commitment and performance in the insurance arena. He has been involved in underwriting, sales and servicing of Small & Large Employer Groups since 1984. Richard has sat on the Broker Advisory boards of Altius Health Plans, Select Health and United HealthCare. He served on the Lt. Governor’s Advisory Board to the Utah Health Exchange now called Avenue H. Richard served on the Board of the Logan Regional Hospital Foundation for many years during which time was Chairman from 2002 through 2007. He also served on the Logan Regional Hospital Board of Directors. He is a member of the Utah Association of Health Underwriters (UAHU) and National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) since 1989, actively participating as a Board Member in various capacities such as Northern Utah Liaison, and President of Northern UAHU. More recently, Richard has served on the state level as an officer and Board of Director Member for the Utah UAHU, as Vice President 2008-2009, President Elect 2009-2010, President 2010-2011, and Immediate Past President 2011-2012. He is also a member of National Association of Insurance Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and its local association where he has served on its board for over 25 years. Richard takes employee benefits seriously and has devoted much time and effort to the betterment of the insurance industry.

Marci is our Office Manager and Life and Medicare Insurance Specialist. She is an expert in working with clients in finding plans that suit their medicare needs. She is also an expert at trouble shooting claims and finding solutions that provide great customer satisfaction.In addition to the time she has spent with Broadbent Financial Services, her years of experience in other office settings give her additional insight to assess and satisfy the needs of our broad base of clients and friends.
James is our works with both Individuals and Businesses and is also our Marketing Executive. He consults with individuals in helping them identify their insurance needs and attends to many other of our technical services. James graduated in 2015 from the USU Huntsman School of Business with a Degree in Management Information Services.
